The DyFIS ®-system is based on a database structure that saves configuration data as well as movement data. It also saves error messages and other status signals for analysis.
The database component of the DyFIS ® application server organizes the longtime storage of various kinds of information necessary for the operation and maintenance of the DyFIS ® system.
Among other things, route maps and schedules are deposited here.
Vehicle positions and specifications for data supply of the display and announcement units are centrally accessible.
Optionally, a part of the movement data can be saved in the long-term storage. Special software tools can use this log to reconstruct a past situation for maintenance purposes.
